3. Custom Orders & Customer-Supplied Designs

Customers are fully responsible for all artwork, files, logos, designs, specifications, measurements, and tech packs submitted to Blanks by Wrens.

By submitting content to us, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it
The content does not infringe any trademark, copyright, or intellectual property rights
The content does not violate any laws or regulations

Blanks by Wrens is not responsible for errors approved by the customer before production, including but not limited to:

Spelling mistakes
Incorrect sizing
Colour choices
Placement issues
Design approval errors

Once production begins, approved designs cannot typically be changed.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Customers agree to provide valid and complete payment information when placing an order.

Orders may be cancelled if:
