Return Approval Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide the correct return address along with detailed return instructions.

Return Conditions
Unless an item is faulty or incorrectly produced, all returned items must be:

Returned in original condition and packaging
Wrens reserves the right to refuse returns for items that are:

Worn or used

Stained or damaged after delivery

Altered or modified by the customer

Damaged through misuse or improper care
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Wrens does not provide Freight-To-Collect (FTC) return services.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Refunds will be processed in the original purchase currency

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or fulfilment error:

Face coverings or masks

Wrens also does not accept returns for:

Deliberately damaged items

Items returned outside the 180-day return period

Products correctly produced according to customer-approved designs, files, specifications, or tech packs that are later deemed unwanted

Orders affected by incorrect information supplied by the customer, including:

Incorrect shipping address

Requested design changes or order modifications

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled while they remain in the “In Review” stage.
To request a cancellation, please contact:
as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once production has started, cancellation requests may no longer qualify for a full refund.
Delayed Shipment Compensation
Small-Volume Orders
We aim to complete production for small-volume orders within 3–7 business days, with shipment arranged no later than the 8th business day after payment confirmation.
If shipping or tracking information has not been provided by the end of the 7th business day, customers may be eligible for compensation of up to 10% of the original product value.
Bulk Orders
We aim to complete production for bulk orders within 7–15 business days, with shipment arranged no later than the 16th business day after payment confirmation.
If shipping or tracking information has not been provided by the end of the 16th business day, customers may be eligible for compensation of up to 10% of the original product value.
Exceptions to Delay Compensation
Delay compensation does not apply where delays are caused by customer-side issues or requested changes, including but not limited to:

Design revisions

Additional customization requests

Incorrect shipping information

Pending customer approvals or confirmations
Blanks By Wrens reserves the right to determine whether these conditions apply.
Lost Packages
For packages confirmed as lost in transit, claims should be submitted within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
Our support team will work directly with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Final Notes
Wrens reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or compensation request that does not comply with the policies outlined above.
